Tip: Als je de Linky extentie heb geinstalleerd, selecteer dan dit hele document (Ctrl-A) - rechter muis toets - Linky - open all selected links in tabs.
Ze worden dan in de achtergrond geladen en je kunt er gelijk heen overzicht zien met showcase of in full window muis links zetten en dan scrollen met Milewideback.

 PageStyle2Tab Your tab bar is a chameleon : set the current page style to the page tab (you can also set the style to the entire browser using the option panel to configure the extension) Don't upgrade to 0.7.4 it does not work and messes up the browser.  It can be a handy extention but if you want Colorful Tabs back again, you have to disable PageStyle2Tab because it's not in the options. Can give jumpy screen if used in style to the entire browser setting.
 Tab URL Copier Copies the URLs of all open tabs. Puts 'Copy Tab URLs' item in right click menu of tabs and Edit main menu.

 Split Pannel Open pannel to left of main browser area with current URL using Split from content context menu. It leaves sidebar separate. 2 Tabs naast elkaar. Via All-in one sidebar page view zelfs 3 Tabs naast elkaar.

dan all-in-one_sidebar-0.7-fx+fl.xpi verwijderen en weer opnieuw er inzetten (deze heeft een bug volgens mij waardoor je geen ext. meer kunt toevoegen)

Algemene extentions installatie instructies.
Hier bij stuur ik een zip file van diverse handige firefox extentions (v2.1)
Hierin staan   *.xpi  files  en die  kun je  dan zo ergens in FF  trekken. Dit  is handig  want extentions moet je  per gebruiker installeren.
Nadat je de extentions geinstalleerd hebt via- extra - extensies - updates zoeken.
Voor documentatie mht file. (enkel bestand) er bij gedaan. Dan kun je zien wat de extentie doet.
mht files kun je maken in IE: bestand - opslaan als - opslaan als type - webarchief (enkel bestand) mft) FF saved plaatjes in losse directories.

Ik heb een mooi mozilla profiel gemaakt waar alles al kant en klaar staat. Mozilla handig default profiel rick v 2.0.eml.html

Om firefox zonder extenties op te starten moet men firefox in safe mode opstarten bv als er problemen zijn of FF start niet op:
start - Programma's  - Mozilla Firefox - firefox safe-mode
(in de extentions zip file zit een shortcut die je op je bureaublad (desktop) kunt zetten)
If don't want an extention (temporary) you can disable it or uninstall it. A lot extentions have options - look here. (in my profile I already set some options)

De meeste extenties werken voor firefox 2.0 , sommige met wat trucs , zie How to let extentions work in firefox 2.0 + all in one sidebar.pdf
Het kan zijn dat sommige extenties niet meer voor firefox 1.5 zijn. Er is dan meestal nog een oude versie beschikbaar.
Als je firefox 1.07 gebruikt dan zou ik zeker eerst even updaten naar 2.0. Bij firefox 1.5.0.8 , why not? first backup firefox profiel
